So, I went to the gym today. I'm still not feeling 100% since I was sick, but I'm glad I went. I only did 20 minutes on the elliptical, because my hip was bothering me...then I did 20 minutes on the bicycle, 30 minutes of weights, and 15 minutes on the stairmaster (my least favorite machine). I know I got a good good workout in, because my muscles were shaking when I was done!

We just found out we have to move...we've been renting this house since June of last year, but the homeowner wasn't paying his mortgage...which means we need to find a new place very quickly! There was a notice put on the door saying the home will be put up for auction in three weeks. This is really stressing me out...and I guess I carry my stress in my stomach, becuase it's in knots right now...I just keep praying that we can get our deposit back, and find a new place to live that is nice, and affordable...

Awesome job exercising! I don't envy your having to move on such short notice. I sure hope everything works out well for you. I'm saying a prayer for you! And look at the bright side... the next place you live in could be better or put you beside some really great neighbours that end up being lifelong friends! Life has a funny way of turning out so stay positive and try to relax. I always tell myself that everything will happen whether I stress over it or not. It sounds lame but it helps me let go of the tension. Wishing you a good outcome! Keep smiling. You're doing great!

Wow, you are an animal on the exercising! Especially when you are sick. I am trying to get back to it as I've been sick too. I hope the new house works out fine. I agree with Evelyn- stay postive and expect good things and they will come to you. I just listened to a Joyce Meyer podcast yesterday on not worrying. She said the enemy wants you worry. She said give it up in prayer and when those worrisome thoughts come keep saying (even if it is over and over and over again) "I will not worry about this!" So take a breath, say a prayer, and focus on a great day ahead knowing you will make progress and get done what you have to do this week. Let us know how it goes. Rachel
