Woo hoo!!!! I FINALLY got to the Y! I'm thrilled and hopefully this will keep me motivated. Ate well today too. I am in control of my weight and determined to get it off. My reward for 5lbs is dying my hair. And it needs it so I'm just waiting for that 123 to show up on the scale!

I'll definitely be updating my journal on here more because I think it helps.

Thanks everyone for your encouragement, I obviously can't do it alone!

Yay! Way to go on the exercise and eating well! You will definitely make that 123 mark if you keep this up! I really think the journalling helps a lot, too. It is like cheap therapy in my opinion! Gotta love it!
