I have been in the kitchen this morning cutting up fresh melons (seedless watermelon, honeydew and Tuscan cantaloupe) for snacks and taking to work next week. Making maple glazed meatloaf and homemade mac n cheese (recipes in my cookbook) now to put in the fridge for later. All of us have different places to be later, so everyone will be on their own to heat up food when ready. I need to do a few things at the computer this morning and then I think I will do a little yardwork before cleaning up to go out with a friend later and go skating tonight. :)
