Well after this morning's message about WW pts, I'm glad I got off that then and got use to watching my calories. Someone brought up a good point in the forum. Sticking to a 50/30/20 (carb/pro/fat)seems to work for a lot of people. I'm going to attempt that.
I saw the scale move this morning. It said 318! I'm still not entering anything until Sunday lol. My energy level is still high and I haven't had any pop since my challenge started! Whoo!
Alright, better get off this thing for a bit. I'm going to walk around the office and burn some energy lol.
