man!! I feel terrible today, I had not ate real dinner in a while..so last night I was hungry and my husband came in with a rostisserie chicken, so I ate like there was no tomorrow, I ate about 3/4 of the chiken without skin most of it, and 2 corn tortillas, in the morning I ate cookies like crazy too! I feel like I have broke my diet!
