So, I went to the gym today, I didn't realize I was so sore from my training session yesterday! I did 40 minutes on the eliptical - I was going to do more, but my knee was telling me no. Afterward I did another 40 minutes of weights.
The beautiful weather we had for the past couple weeks seems to have taken a little vacation. It's still pretty warm, about 65 degrees, but it rained today, and I think it's going to rain for the next few days...oh well. No taking walks at work during lunch. I'll just have to do a bit extra at the gym.

You did great with your exercise today! Wish I could say the same. The weather doesn't seem to be cooperating much around here lately, either. Oh, well! At least you have the gym! Keep up the great job!

Fantastic work with the exercise today, so keep up the great work! Managed to burn some more blubber myself again this evening... despite being nearly 11pm before I started, didn't have time earlier, but was determined to fit some in the fact that everyone else is trying so hard. Hope the weather improves for you and have a nice rest of the day! :o)
