Kinda starting to get a good idea of what to put in.... Now just to be even more active. Gonna start strength training and hopefully that will build my muscle up a little faster to more efficeintly burn this extra fat. As long as I kept my calories over 1800 I haven't had any headaches. Now to try and keep it below my rdi. Just barely been over and I know I can do it!!!
