Dang it UP again after the weekend! Finally had 3 beers friday night, 2 on Saturday and 4 on Sunday....LOL...those will get me every time! Didn't eat as well as I should have since I worked all weekend at the bar and don't get a lunch break, so I also had a very late dinner. Didn't get in any treadmill time either, but did get in the pool to do some of those exercises. Back at it again today! Not giving up!!!
