I first want to say that I am extremely proud of my bf "Fish609" for hitting his first goal! Congrats!
I have been trying very hard to keep upbeat and stay positive. I wish I could lose the weight as fast as him but, I know they lose it faster. I have had some major health issues these last few weeks. This has completely killed the drive to work out. I am finally feeling well enough today that I'm going to go walking here in a few minutes. I may not be losing weight but my body is still changing and I feel better, aside from my minor set back. If anything, that is still an improvement!
Plus I still have tons of energy, its good to be this happy again!
