Well, have been eating all kinds of surgar 🤦🏼♀️ Craving nothing but eclairs for many days (while actually satisfying the craving with eclairs). Almost 3 kilos are back in just 8 days 🙄 I understand they're not all fat, but still 😫 Have to add that I'm physically tired - from all that sugar. Feel so much better if not consuming sugar. Back on track today. Soul is nurtured 😂 Time to take care of my body 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
