Working at home day, but I set the alarm like normal and got up for a gym workout. Good way to start my day. Happy Friday all!!!

Yep and since I went in the morning, I was able to encourage someone else to workout harder too. There is a lady at my gym that works out with me when I go in the morning. It feels good to help someone else with the exercises and equipment and keeps me motivated too.

Good discipline - I stayed in bed as Fridays are my optional day for office. I will exercise later this evening.
