Okay, another weekend away...yikes!! This will be the second in a row. Last time did okay, but this time to a lovely B&B....and I do love breakfast food. But must be strong!! At least we get to bring a cooler with our "normal" food for our suppers and lunches!

Wooo....not fat back on...fat only off!!!

Hi Rubie-Sue, My best secret is moderation. That's what got me through a week of vacation. I didn't deny myself anything and was strict on my portions. Have a good time - I love B&Bs.

I love the idea of portion control and moderation...but it can be challenging for me once I get a "taste" of certain foods. I know you can do it though - maybe eat one item you really want and the rest on your food plan? I have done that with more success. Have a happy day!
