I'm on day 3 of a 4 day business trip. I think I'm doing ok so far - although it is impossible to count calories exactly and know for sure. Brought my exercise clothes with me and went to work out at the hotel gym last night and will do so again tonight and tomorrow. I did a good deal of walkin to go to lunch today...approx 5,000 steps. I'm not logging any of my exercising though - since I'm unable to log my calories. I'll begin logging again when I get back home on Friday. Scale should be interesting this week...I am hoping for a break-even week. I'm not adept enough at estimating portion sizes - so I think I'm over-eating a bit. I tried to curb that by going to Publix on Monday to pick up snacks to eat throughoyt the day - that way I keep my main meals very small.
