My month thus far.. I think i have this exercise thing on lock..

@ShaneK, I know exactly what you mean. I just got so tired of the inactivity stamps and 30% days. So I set a goal to have 100% plus weeks. Great motivation to get moving! 😁

@Liendempers and @Nozwakele, it's PolarFlow. I have a Polar activity tracker / watch which I use to keep track of my exercise, steps, sleep etc.
