It's August 1st and I think I'm back on the grind. Been outta work 26 dys for the 1st time in 20 years, gained 8 lbs. according to my estimate. I will know when I weigh in tmorow how much work lies ahead for me. I've bought a new pair of sneakers after 3 yrs and this weekend I will be looking to join the gym again.
