So we got back from vacation Sat at 5am. Had a great vacation but the last night before we left I got sick and threw up and had to travel about 22 hrs home sick in a car. NOT FUN! We all had a great time on vacation. Disney, Sea world, Universal Studios, the beach! A lot of things to do and see. I did not go to the gym the whole vacation but we did walk and three parks for at least 8 hrs each day and I think that more than made up for it. Plus, we had a condo and were able to make all of our breakfast and dinners there and it was much healthier than going out for every meal of the day. I also did noteat a ton either. I don't know if it was that or being sick or a combo of both but I lost three pounds that week!! Not to excited about it since I was up to 148 before I left. I am not sure what that was about either. I had been doing really well with my lesmills pump and walking on the treadmill so I am hoping it was muscle from the three to four weeks I was doing the workouts. Today was the first time I worked out since before vacation and I don't know if it was not working out for that week and a half or maybe I am still not feeling great but I felt really week and almost like I was getting sick again. Seems there is a lot I don't know, lol! Anyways, hope to gt back into a schedule and stick with it. I will get to everyone's journals soon.
