IBS cn be a struggle - but also easily treated with diet and stress reduction, I believe. Hang loose, relax, eat well - I know you will be well.

HCB- I have been dealing with IBS for about 15 years now, however this is the first time I have experienced the I can not go side. Thanks for the advice tho..
ppphhhttt- I am hopeful that the 3lbs will not be a problem.
