Today was a pretty good day. Got back outside for a little walking (YAY!). My ratios are looking good and I was actually hungry all day...so ate 3 meals and 2 snacks throughout the day (versus loading up at dinner time). I'm also getting my water in...think that I am actually thirsty these days...I probably get around 10 to 12 cups per day, which is crazy (compared to the 3-5 I probably used to get).
113.9 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg.    Still to go: 57.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Wow, I really need to start stepping up my water intake. I feel like I drink tons but my fiancé is always telling me that I'm not, lol. How often are you drinking?
