이번주 너무 귀찮아서 운동 패스하고 매일 1시간 걷기
그래도 식단조절해서 살이 빠지는구나~
55.7 kg Lost so far: 4 kg.    Still to go: 5.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
