So, yeah. Today's food entries are correct. Coffee for breakfast, a tea at work, and a beer for supper. I worked a straight 10 hous with no opportunity for even a snack. Pretty much every time my rear left my chair the phone rang. A very long and frustrating day of keeping numerous balls in the air and I don't expect the rest of the week to be any different. By the time I got home I had moved beyond hungry to the point of not wanting the meal hubby prepared. And, if I'm not hungry I cannot eat. Oh, well. I'm almost past the feeling that I just want to sit and cry (it's a girl thing ☺). Happy hump day everyone.

Thank you Glen, it was difficult but not as bad as my boss's day. He is getting set up for genetic testing and will be starting 10 days of chemo during Christmas - 8 hour long infusions. My journal entry was just a little self-indulgent pity. But, I did have a very nice bright spot after my entry - our neighbour dropped by with the first addition to her family - 6 day old Parker Cameron. We were her first house visit. It completely changed my mood. 😊

For a lark I steppped on the scale this morning - 2.4 pounds down from yesterday morning. Not how I want to get to my goal weight.
