recorded my new starting wt..332. Havent been on the scale for awhile but it doesnt come as too much of a shock. I've been eating horribly lately and i know it. Today is payday and I'm off to the store after work for grocceries. Not going to be buying all of the junk that I was before. Trying to decide what would work best for me...Calorie Count or Atkins. I've done both before and had a lil luck on each. I just need to decide which one would be easier for me to stick to this time. Leaning towards calorie count because of cooking for the family.
151.0 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 60.8 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.

I think only gaining 0.4pounds/week, is quite admirable... I've gained an insane amount per week and am just getting back on track! I know you can do it... you're right, you just have to decide what will be the right fit for you this time!

I've gained 50lbs since Easter :( If I could have kept off all of the wt i lost this year i would be at goal...but i have just lost and gained repeatedly.
