oh, it was so delicious! I tried bok choy for the first time. I sauteed it with mushrooms and put some already roasted garlic at the end. Spices were Ginger powder, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, thyme and turmeric. It was so good and I was so hungry I ate the whole thing, didn't save my husband any!
