Soooo got those ketone urine strips; guess who's on the low range ? Yup...this girl. I have a plan to get back at it. I don't think I've been giving my diet adequate adjustments. I need more fat and less protein plus fasting! I'm also going to cut my carbs down to 15 and see if that helps.
