There's still a part of my brain that has the image of myself from when I was thin. I had always been thin until I moved to Oklahoma and gradually gained weight. 10, 20 and then 30 extra pounds.
Today on the way home I felt absolutely fat. My clothes don't fit anymore and I refuse to go up a single more size. I was chunky for the end of my twenties... I am going to change my life and finally get healthy.
Today I downloaded Calorie Counter for my Cliq, tomorrow I am headed to the gym before work... the next day I'm going to keep it up.
Boy I just noticed my weight in the upper right hand corner, ouch. Today is a new day. This is not going to be a fad diet, just good old hard work in making the right decisions.
