Core Dieters on WW, are the 35 weekly points for just core foods or can you use those on flex foods?

Have you noticed that the diet calendar has now got a WW points calculator? Doesn't do half-points yet though... but I have told them about that!! :o) I've read a few times about these 35 extra points that we can have... never yet added myself. Hmm... I wonder what happens if you suddenly start adding them?

Those 35 points are for whatever you want. On core you can only have 1 potato a day, so if you want another one, you would have to use the points. So they are used for mostly flex type items, but if core limits you to one of something, you can have more but have to count points for it.
