Gosh still stuck at 163 for 4 days now. I dont know what's up I've been eating great exercising every other day. I feel great but it's just not moving. I wish I could just great rid of the damn scale it's so hard not to weigh in. oh well I just hope I see a drop soon.
today was day one of plank challenge and I managed to hold for 46 seconds I couldn't believe it so yay.
I was a little too tired this morning to go to the gym so I put on youtube and did a 30min beginners session I was surprised it was tuff. first time ever and I loved it hopefully will incorporate it more in my week.
73.9 kg Lost so far: 3.7 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
