I finished my first half marathon event in 3 hours 7 min!! My goal was better than 3 1/2 so I am very proud of myself. I have shaved 40 min off my personal best. :) Pic of me today before the race...

OMG - Congrats to you .See - I KNEW you could do that 15 minute mile or less. That is an amazing distance to walk! In another day or so, the scale will probably catch up, too. Take a well-deserves rest!

SO if we say it took you 187 minutes to walk half marathon(about 13 miles)then your per mile speed is: 14.38 minutes! Wow - rocked it, lady!
