I feel good so far today. This is the first day since I started last Tuesday that I didn't loose any weight. 7 pounds lost but still sad that the fast start is probably done and things will slow down now. I am avoiding eggs today in case that was why I felt so bad last two days. I couldn't eat the yolks until recently so it makes sense that they are causing problems since I now eat them everyday. See if I feel better today.
