OK, for a change I really controlled myself this weekend, now, that doesn't mean I didn't eat offlimits food, but I counted calories and kept'em within range, I also exercised, so basically I think tomorrow I might actually see a weight loss. It's hard becuase almost all the people I know doesn't eat healthy things, and tend to eat chips, and regular soda, sugary snacks, or starchy food..and it really doesn't help!...but on the other side it's also good to develop a sense of resistance to those so obvious temptations so that I can be stronger in next ocasions.
