This has been a vey rough week sleep wise for me. Ive been working grave and my husband is working days and im home with the kids all day. Im exhausted! So the working out has stopped this week, 3 and 4 hours of sleep is simply not enough to function AND put demands on my body. Next week will be better.

Found out a very good friend has been moved to Hospice- well that doesnt need any futher mention.
