WooHoo...183% over my RDI for my son's communion celebration. I cant wait to see how this affects my weigh in later. It is all good. I need not to be so honest when I put my food in retrospectively! Next party I will be putting food into phone before I eat...Promise...I am not host next time.

Hang in there Rnbigguy! Like you, I believe my appearance has hindered the success of my career. A lot of times, my weight is the direct cause of me not feeling well, or not feeling up to the day to day challenge of the working world. Keep on keeping on! You're gonna be fine.
