Birthday today, turned 45 and I am in the best shape of my life and the lightest I have been in over 20 years. Last time I weighed this much I was under a lot of stress and I was 22 years old. Seems like a lifetime ago. Started the day with a 2.2 mile jog at 5:15 am, and I cheated by weighing in after the run. Before weight and after weight varied by .8 pounds. I bike at least once or twice a week with each ride being 15 to 20 miles, so my 200 mile cycle challenge will be done quickly at this pace.
