For the last 2 years I've been part of a Facebook community that changed my life and contributed to my 23 KG weight loss. SLEEKGEEK HEALTH REVOLUTION is a free online community. It's like minded people who are inspiring each other to lose weight and live healthy.I learned everything I know from them. They have 8 week challenges with awesome prizes to be won.
