Office staff meeting today, so I ate pizza for lunch. I restricted myself to two pieces though and I used to be able to eat half a pizza or more alone. :)

Good job! I used to eat four slices easily by myself, too. Actually, I was so freaked out yesterday about the bar exam that I ended up buying a frozen pizza for dinner. I only baked half of it, cut off a fourth and divided it into 3 small pieces, and then forced myself to put the other 1/4th into the 'fridge. (I did let myself nibble a bit on that piece before I packed it away.) It's all about knowing that the food will always be there if you really want it, so you can walk away at that moment and know that you aren't really depriving yourself of anything that you couldn't have later, if you're still convinced that you must eat it. :-)

I was like that too! I used to down 3-5 slices. FS is helping me mucho though. Seeing that a slice is like 400 calories makes eating one (or two if I had a good day) ok. You are really rocking it. You are so close to your goal weight. Super excited over here!

Thanks for the support from my FS buddies :) I could not have done this alone and everyone here has provided me with encouragement to reach my goals. We can all reach our goals!!!!
