I went to the gym tonight:
2 miles at 4mph on treadmill
2 sets of 10 assisted pullups (set at 170 lbs)
2 sets of 15 pulldowns at 30 lbs
3 sets of 10 bicep curls using 25 lbs (resistance band at ankles and stepping to side with each rep)
2 sets of 10 bosu mountain climbers
2 sets of 10 bosu dynamic planks
2 30 sec planks
1 mile on elliptical
Pic of Bosu Dynamic Plank and Bosu Mountain climbers. Both of these can be done without a Bosu as well. I am not sure how well this will be able to be read, but the bottom two exercises are the ones I am referring to.
