Well, only lost one pound this week, but after putting on 6 pounds the 3 months, it's a start. I have to lose at least 12 pounds to fill like a success this year. I gotta get to 160. I'm starting to feel older than my age; 46.
Health is good. Fractured my ankle, but overall, health is great.
