Started my 6 week course of personal training sessions today and finished my 3 day juicetox to detoxify my body.

Let myself go over the past few months I've been stressed with uni exams and ate my feelings. Hopefully be back on track from now. Feels good to chew something for tea tonight - white fish, asparagus and tomatoes - after 3 days of juicing. Well worth it though to get under my 73kg mark I was when I started this journey
