Ugh, I had a very bad day yesterday, so bad, that I'm not even going to enter it lol. My hormones got the best of me and sent me into a downward spiral of chocolate and fried foods. Women, DO NOT ever attempt to SKIP Aunt Flo when on Birth Control! Aunt Flo is pissed and I'm paying for it! Cramps are so bad that I can't work out as much as I wanted to :(
I'm going to try to eat as best as I can today and fight "her". Ugh! Lord help me kick her ass! lol
