I had forgotten to mention that I am no longer BF as of a month ago.
My baby got sick w/ croup & was put on prednisone, she got so hungry, had to give her formula b/c I can't pump, so I had no milk stored! That was it...she LOVED it & quickly weaned off me as a result! So, no longer breastfeeding & still at a plateau!! I guess I need to work out HARDER!!?? I've been doing the Jillian Michaels DVDs alternating every other day, they are 30 min & combine cardio w/ weight resistance. I will try to drink more water..skitz600 had suggested that it might help, hope so!!

I was stuck at a plauteau for a long time! I started the Fat Flush plan and instantly my weight dropped. I couldn't believe it! My husband and I have strayed off the diet quite a bit but we are both still losing weight. I know it is hard to do things for yourself when you have children, but if you can try it for 2 weeks I know you will dive off that plateau!

Plateaus DO stink!! I'm there and nothin' is working?!! GRRRR I say! Is the water working for you?? Wondering if I shouldn't switch to a different diet plan for a while like skitz600 did? Take care my new buddie! hugs!
