Happy Friday everyone!!! I went for a walk on the trail we have in town last night, and boy am I feeling it today!! I think I might have thrown my hip outta place, I've kinda had issues with that since my last pregnancy. I can hardly walk today!! But the exercise felt great and I haven't had that feeling for awhile. Have done excellent on the eating part and if I can get keep the exercise going the losses should keep happening!! I asked my husband (who weighs 130 soaking wet) to go on the walk with me last night, I justed wanted someone to go with me. He didn't want to and doesn't have to so I went by myself, and in the end that was probably better because that way I could go the speed I wanted to go. But at the same time it made me sad that he wouldn't go with me. It is supposed to rain today so I don't know if I will get a walk in tonight or not, but I could get on my gazelle this afternoon and do some weights if it is raining. I have a hard time getting to the exercise part, but after I do it I feel great, so my goal is to get more exercise in starting today!!


This whole lifestyle change is going really well right now, and I am gonna keep going till I get to my goal!! Hope everyone has a great Friday and an even better weekend!!
