Beautiful! I have only seen that purple cauliflower on cooking shows! Looks like a yummy meal.

Thank you! This is pasta with italian sausage and crushed tomatoes, and purple cauliflower I got from Trader Joe’s. Its not that low calorie , but Half of my plate is cauliflower, so it end up being pretty light.
