Ok, the scale is definitely trending downwards...and I never thought I'd say this, but I think I need to eat more and maybe slow it down a bit. After reading a few articles about flabby skin (JenJu sparked my interest yesterday) a few articles about the longterm success rate of losing weight fast, I may want to take it slower. Or I wonder if this is normal for someone's first week? Can't wait to meet with my Dietitian to figure out what I should really be doing. I want long-term success and while I am super pleased with the scale, I need to make sure I am doing this the right way and learning how to keep it up. Only a few days before we meet, until then I need to start doing better with getting this "recommended daily intake". She will be able to tell me if this is correct or not for my body and my personal goals. WOOT WOOT! So excited!!

I'm very excited for you for the rapid weight loss, but I also think you're wise to think long-term. I don't have a lot of room to talk, as my eating habits aren't exactly perfect, but I do know from my own history that I can't make drastic changes to my diet or else I can't stick with them over the long haul. My head always explodes, and I go on a weeklong binge of sugar, booze and grease. Mmmm... sugar, booze and grease... Where was I? *ahem* You've also got to keep in mind that you've got to eat enough to support your exercise, or else you'll hurt yourself. With that said, that's excellent you're seeing a dietician. I don't think you can go wrong by getting professionals involved and by researching your options.
