Good Day actually a good week made a move at work that is so much better with my stress level. I can actually get up and work out at the gym now because I don't have to be at work until 8 with only a 15 minute commute (WITH TRAFFIC). I was at a 45 minute commute and starting at 6, just couldn't get up consistently at 3:30 to work out.
