This week has not been great. Trying to deal with giant hives attacking various parts of my body. Really tired, getting my period, and fell off the atkins wagon momentarily the other night. Refer to food journal to see the extent of that fall. Since I have started this journey I have been dissapointed with the amount of weight I was losing. However, I have noticed that I eat too much, take a lot of prednisone to keep hives in check, and don't exercise. Well, guess I know why I have a weight problem eh???
I am going to keep plugging alone, and hopefully by tracking everything I will get a better grip on what is going in my mouth. And on a good note I have an appointment with a specialist to deal with the angioedema finally!!! Yahoo for me. There might be a light at the end of this tunnel.
