A little low on protein today. I increased my RDI to 2000 calories because I am still losing at a pretty good rate and with all my exercise my body needs the calories. I have been focusing on good calories though, even though today was a little off. :)

Wow, you are really working out hard! If it could get my output to over 3000 daily, I would definitely eat 2000 calories. I'm at 1500 calories consumption and 2500 calories output, right not, so the same deficit as you with lower numbers. Good luck! :-) Jothika

I've had to get reaquainted with the P90x nutrition guidebook. I thought I was doing great...and ended up doing something all right. Not sure I would call it 'great' - lol. Good for you!

Thanks, I am feeling pretty good with all of the changes that I have made along the way. I continue to learn more and more about nutrition on this journey to a healthier me. :)
