A little low on protein today. I increased my RDI to 2000 calories because I am still losing at a pretty good rate and with all my exercise my body needs the calories. I have been focusing on good calories though, even though today was a little off. :)

Wow, you are really working out hard! If it could get my output to over 3000 daily, I would definitely eat 2000 calories. I'm at 1500 calories consumption and 2500 calories output, right not, so the same deficit as you with lower numbers.

I've had to get reaquainted with the P90x nutrition guidebook. I thought I was doing great...and ended up doing something all right. Not sure I would call it 'great' - lol. Good for you!
