I am 5 pounds from my 1st goal. I can't break those damn last 5 pounds. I am hoping tomorrow when I weigh in at the gym.. I am hoping for a budge.
I have been exercising... eating good food.. sleeping... not stressing... what is the problem?? I need to loose soo much more weight. This last 5 pounds of my first goal.. can't be this big a hurdle.
I need positive words!!
