Good Morning!! The weekend I lost some motivation, but not as bad as I would have done in the past, and I got right back on track Monday and have done great since!! These small accomplishments are making me believe that I can do this long term and get to my goals. I am not perfect, so I am gonna have some times when I loose control but regaining it quickly is going to be key and I now believe I CAN do that. So onward and upward I go (or should I say onward and downward) with my weight loss journey!!
Last night my 4th grader had a concert, and I took my 6 year old with me. He was just terrible before it was over and I was so mad when I got home I just wanted to eat to feel better, so I had a kiwi and some strawberries!! I felt better, and I didn't throw the day of hard work away, it was great!! I feel so much more in control now.
