So I have been working my butt off the past few days to get to my 1st goal. I weighed myself at the gym this afternoon and I know that was my first mistake. I always weigh myself in the morning.
I was 2 pounds heavier than i was on Friday.. grrr. Ok I will weigh myself tomorrow morning.. hopefully I am at least maintaning my weight.
