DF and I went to the dinner theatre with his family last night. It was my first time eating out since starting this WOE. We checked the menu on-line beforehand, so I had my menu planned out for the day. That helped tremendously. All went well, except for three small bites of mashed potatoes...very small bites, but worth it nonetheless! I'd forgotten how good potatoes are! I also had diet pepsi, which I have not had ever - always hated it. Not too bad for a special occasion. Anyway, it was a lot of fun to be out with the family. No weight loss this morn, but no gain either. All in all the evening was a success!
