Came to conclusion I have to enter weight whether I like it or not, not ignore and avoid on days when the scale moves the wrong way. By doing that I am confusing any feedback. So on the weekend I went up three pounds but ate keto without tracking amounts. I was travelling and stressed as my mom is really sick and it is hard to do this with no kitchen and I am still learning.
I rode my bike for an hour on Monday but had to take it back to the repair shop as they had not fixed the basket properly. This means I have not rode bike all the rest of the week.
Yesterday I at slightly over 100% of maintenance but danced for 2 hours (lot of standing around in tap class) but am 2 pounds down.
Takeaway: need to record meticulously, not just when it looks good...this is only for myself. I need to exercise every day for health. as well as helping the weight loss. If I eat well or exercise on their own I stay the same, if I eat carbs I gain, if I do both I lose. That's the formula.
